A college student at a San Diego, CA area college came to us when he found out how much college text books cost and how much he could get for them after only one semester of school. We created a Web site that students could join without having to contact the Web site owner. Once students join they can add, change and delete information about text books they would like to sell to other students. Other students can search the database for textbooks they need and purchase them for a price that is fair to both the buying and selling student.

This Web site was developed when the Rancho Penasquitos Town Council wanted to create a site that would benefit the residents of the community. This site is primarily a HTML site with a database application for document management. The application allows residents to view and download documents pertaining to safety, community, recycling and much more.
